Why pursue therapy
Entering therapy is like starting on the road to getting a college degree with a major in yourself. It is a learning journey.
Life is a journey inward and a journey outward, and we all yearn to find our own creative center and fulfilling relationships.
The journey may have long, labyrinth-like, sweeping pathways, unanticipated twists and turns, and some dead ends.
Therapy can help you navigate this journey more freely, confidently, and with a caring, supportive person.
You will be able to grasp more fully what you are about, and who you have the potential to be.
